Well in my last blog post I was talking about feeling so tired this morning.I decided to do 15 minutes of jumping on my mini-trampoline instead of the brisk walk, because of the rain outside.It was just what the doctor ordered. Actually what I do is I jog on my mini-tramp as I lovingly call it for short. I put on some music or an educational CD and listen to that while jogging.It doesn't take long to get my heart rate up and break into a sweat. I had a roommate in College who would religiously do time on her mini-tramp every morning and again every night.She also ate 15-20 raw almonds per day.That's all I really remember about her... Well maybe that's a good example to me. I am not as regular on my mini-tramp as that, but I should be because so many days are just too cold to go outside.Toodles!
