If sharks are allowed to be cute, then this one is truly adorable. Called the frilled shark, fossils have been found for them. Because they live thousands of feed below the ocean's surface, sightings are extremely rare. One that was captured in 2007 died shortly after capture. Maybe the difference in water pressure?
I wonder why it ever came close enough to the surface to be captured in the first place? We may never know. Even though it's kinda cute, I don't think I wanna be swimming in the same water as this one...
