If you have mashed potatoes, it's time you tried this Tender Potato Biscuits recipe.I found this recipe a few years ago, and I absolutely love it. The biscuits are tender and tasty, and my whole family loves them. When I make them it makes me feel like I am doing rustic baking in a wood stove on a farm in a one-room cabin or something. The smell permeates everything, and they taste heavenly with melted butter and some honey or jam on them. They taste just as good cold, and plain with nothing on them. They have enough flavor of their own. I don't use white flour at all. I only use whole wheat flour. So, in the recipe I just swap whole wheat flour straight across for the white flour. Most of the time the dough is not too dry because I am generous with the measurement of mashed potatoes. Try them and enjoy. You'll love them!
