Re-fried Beans

Yummy re-fried beans recipe. Do these yourself instead of buying a can. They taste way better!

Take 1 cup of cry pinto beans and rinse them.
Cover with water until your pressure cooker is 1/3 full or according to directions.
Chop onions and garlic and add.
Pressure cook until done and let pressure release by itself so that the skins don't split open

Strain and put in fridge overnight.

The next day, put olive oil in a pan and add beans. Mash and fry until hot, adding salt as needed.

This is delicious! Eat by themselves or in a tortilla shell. Add other ingredients as desired.
